<p>But I have very good news for you. Using your emotions can make the process of constantly pushing yourself that much easier.</p>
<p>So here are 5 ways to take your workouts to the next level with your emotions:</p>
<p>1. Prime your psychological pump with routine: It will be much easier to tap into your emotions if you exercise at the same times week in and week out. You see, your body is more apt to release key substances if you have regularity in your workout regimen.</p>
<p>2. Use supplements: You don&#8217;t have to empty out your piggy bank here, all you need is a little caffeine, that&#8217;s it. Have a small dose of caffeine in tablet form about 45 minutes before exercise and you will get adrenal glands pumping out stress hormones as an emotional response.</p>
<p>3. Mentally agitate yourself: Now humans are very complex, you are very complex. So experiment with different methods here. Some people have success with meditation, others like to watch a motivational clip and others like to listen music. Pick the method that works best for you and use it right before exercise.</p>
<p>4. Increase transportation of stress hormones: The best way to do this is by increasing your blood flow. A warm up period will do this. However, I prefer taking hot showers before exercise to get the same effect. In addition, a hot shower with exfoliation will remove dead skin cells and oil which in turn will enhance sweating.</p>
<p>5. Make high quality sleep a top priority: Not only will you live longer, but you will also allow your body to replenish all the stress hormones and neurotransmitters it exhausted while you were working out. In fact, deep sleep is considered the top anti ager out there.</p>

<p>Now a major problem here is that constantly challenging your body is not an easy undertaking. In reality, it can become a very big chore if you are not mentally prepared. And most people simply do not have what it takes to always be pushing the limits of their performance.</p>
<p>So without further ado, here is how to set your mind in the right mode to obtain peak training:</p>
<p>1. Bust out of habits: Constantly try new things. By doing this you will train your mind to do something counterintuitive: venture into the unknown. And venturing into new territory is key if you want to keep on getting results.</p>
<p>2. Quantify the risk: If you&#8217;re afraid to try out a new combination of exercises or a new class that is very intense, write down the worst case scenarios. In other words, quantify the risks and make a pro and con list of sorts. More often than not, you will notice how exaggerated your fears are.</p>
<p>3. Visualize, visualize and visualize some more: This is one of the most recommended techniques, yet also one of the most underused. Visualizing what you want to do not only reduces fear, but it also prepares your nervous system to take action.</p>
<p>4. Don&#8217;t do it alone: Too often we like to do things all on our own, and while this may seem noble at first glance, there is nothing wrong with seeking support. After all, we are social creatures and a solid partner can diffuse the fear associated with the next level.</p>
<p>5. Take micro steps: You don&#8217;t have to do it all at once. Take half a class, do half of the circuit, go on half of the hike-don&#8217;t bite off more than you can chew! Taking micro steps makes the daunting seem manageable. It will also train you in a step wise fashion to finally reach the next level.</p>

<p>What are the indications that an ex is still attached to you? First, one should be keen enough to observe an ex&#8217; behaviors. Take careful note of his behavior based on your knowledge about him since you started the relationship.</p>

<p>Sugar addiction exists, trust me. And it&#8217;s in your best interest to avoid it at all costs if you want to maximize your arm toning. Beating ANY addiction is no walk in the park, but you can do it. </p>
<p>What evidence is there that sugar addiction is real? Well, for one, doctors use sugar as a powerful analgesic (painkiller) when performing routine medical procedures on infants. Also, when given high levels of sugar, rodents show the same types of brain alterations that drug addiction induces. Finally, drugs used to combat drug addictions (i.e., naxolone) can eliminate sugar addictions. </p>
<p>Now you need to be brutally honest, are you suffering from a sugar addiction? Ask yourself the following questions: Do my moods fluctuate with sugar intake? Am I coming up with very detailed reasons as to why I am not addicted as I read this? If so, you are probably addicted. </p>
<p>And it&#8217;s critical that you beat this thing if you want to maximize your arm toning. Why? Because sugar blocks the release of arm fat burning hormones into your body. Sad, but true. So today I am going to discuss 4 tools that can help you overcome sugar addiction: </p>
<p>1. Substitutes. Remember that strange aftertaste you used to get after drinking your favorite diet soda? Well, the good news is that sugar substitutes have changed a lot. And although a substitute won&#8217;t give you an energy high, it will taste just like sugar. My favorite one is stevia, an all natural herb from south America.</p>
<p>2. Loose leaf teas: The king of all loose leaf teas is yerba mate. This is the most powerful appetite suppressant I have ever found. It will kill your sugar cravings on the spot and it will accelerate your arm toning because it&#8217;s also a thermogenic. Don&#8217;t go overboard with this one, it takes about an hour to kick in and can have effect for up to 8 hours. </p>
<p>3. Working out with weights: Weight lifting is the best way to increase your appetite. And increasing your appetite is a great way to eat healthy. How so? Because the increase is so large that your palate recalibrates to liking foods that you would otherwise find bland. You will no longer need that hyper-taste that sugar gives foods. </p>
<p>4. Psychological treatment. This is the most important one of them all because once you reach the addicted level, your emotional state is intimately tied to your sugar intake. The best form of treatment I have found is cognitive therapy. The most economical source of cognitive therapy I have found is a book called Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy by David Burns M.D. Read this book before making any appointments. Millions of copies have been sold, it&#8217;s the number one recommended book by therapists and it&#8217;s brutally effective.</p>
<p>Overcoming sugar addiction is no walk in the park. And there are a lot of forces working against you. Especially, the food industry. But if you want to maximize your arm toning, you have to tackle this monster head on. And remember, there are many tools at your immediate disposal that can help you win the war. The key is to apply this information now and not later. Do not wait, take action!</p>
