Acne may not be the end of your life, but it sure can feel it at times. There are few things more humiliating than not being able to look at yourself in the mirror. Unfortunately, I know this as well as anyone else out there, because I suffered from chronic acne for a very long time. I started getting acne on my face almost since before I can even remember!

Body acne is perhaps the most humiliating skin disorder. The reason I’d call it worse than something like ‘eczema’ for instance is that most people find zits and pimples to be repulsive and laughable, therefore making most acne sufferers out to be walking jokes.
You probably wouldn’t be reading this article right now if you yourself didn’t suffer from body acne, so I doubt that I need to harp any longer about how horrible this condition can be — I’m sure that you’re very well aware!
